BMF Package One is our Premium Haunt Package, laying out a haunted trail for your event! Our trail has cinematic lighting and sounds to ensure a spooky setting! Package One trail is best suited in an outdoor area, however, we are adaptable to any location, indoor or out! **This package includes a 5 hours ‘Scare’ time window.  Scare hours beyond 5 hours is an additional charge. 

**This package requires a 1 day setup period before the event and a 1 day break down period after the event.

**Please note the Story Telling/Singing pumpkins can only work in dark areas or during night if placed outside!

** This event is available during day or light hours, however we highly recommend to reserve us for full/partial night time hours for the best effects.

**All Haunt Packages are subject to weather, if inclement weather is forecasted we may not be able to setup/operate some or all of the setup. If weather is bad enough to cancel prior to event you will receive a full refund.
